  2. And how can i create a developer account in ERPNExt?

Can’t really understand this. Let me rephrase your question. You want ERPNext to connect another app? or another app/server to connect to your ERPNext instance?

And how can i create a developer account in ERPNExt? Not normal account.

I believe there’s no such thing as that. Only Administrator has all the access. Just make sure to have “developer_mode”:1 in your /sites/your_site/site_config.json
