I actually just poked around a few minutes ago and solved it eventually.

Bench Update : salesman/salesman.json missing

I didn’t do these steps, but got it to work eventually by using bench switch-to-develop bench update --patch then it only threw an error for gcal… though bench --help shows remove-from-installed-apps, I found on the forum that uninstall-app was an option, because reinstalling gcal would give an error of duplicate entries. I guess switch-to-develop probably had the same effect as git reset…

I’m pretty sure it was uninstall-app that removed the problem data… I used remove-from-installed-apps before, but for some reason uninstall-app isn’t shown in bench --help.
