Add customer contact phone number to delivery note

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to add the customer contact phone number on to the delivery note.

By default the customer contact name and email address appear on the delivery note form but not the contact phone number. I am hoping there is a pretty simple fix for this if anyone could point me in the right direction?

Hi @Liam_Cav,

Contact Phone is already present, but it’s currently hidden. Kindly unhide it by accessing the Customize Form.

Thanks for the video, unfortunately that wouldn’t work for us as the phone number we are trying to fetch is the contact phone rather than the contact mobile.

By default this option does not appear on the delivery note so I am wondering if there is a way to grab that information with a custom field?

Hi @Liam_Cav,

By default, the system will capture the contact’s mobile number, not the contact’s phone. If you want to include the contact’s phone number, you need to create a custom field for it and set up a code to make it work.
