After Update to 11 "User do not have doctype access via role permission"

I am facing the same issue and raised it about a month ago and no one has picked it up.

V11 Role Permission Error for Purchase Doctypes

I am seeing this error with all my users even though they have the right permissions for the Purchase Order and Purchase Invoice doctype: [36%20PM] I have checked and rechecked and all the users have the requisite permissions for the doctype. Example: [58%20PM] Sometimes they are able to submit the purchase order or purchase invoice in spite of the error and sometimes this is not possible. Is any one else experiencing this and can someone point me to how it can be fixed?

From this i see the issue is not unique to me. It is therefore a bug and this post should be categorized as such.
