Can I integrate chatbots or virtual assistants within a Frappe travel app?

Yes you can do that and if you need full control then you can made your own. And you can use the API of Open AI cheep models. And there you can also define the role of that particular chatbot in the system role of the API.

And it will work perfect, I have done this kind of thing in the past.
You can also implement it easily and if you need any suggestions or you have any questions just ask in the frappe community.
