All erpnext data from one erpnext installation to another installation

Hi, I already have tons of data on one erpnext installation,
i need to copy to new erpnext installation for some purpose.

how can i copy all data, tables, content from one installation to another installation

Hello i have found some scattered infos about how to backup and restore ERPNext, however none seem up to date or complete has no mention of how to make the backup files I am not clear on how to get the site files and can only manage to get a database backup /usr/local/bin/bench backup-all-sites --with-files Error: no such option: --with-files
