Anyone using Otto with Frappe Helpdesk? Need reference or example

I saw in the https://github.com/frappe/otto?tab=readme-ov-file#example-internal-use-case that it’s used internally for support replies with Helpdesk data.

Does anyone have reference code or examples showing how Otto integrates with Frappe Helpdesk / Support?

Looking to understand how Otto tools or tasks work with ticket data, responses, and knowledge base.
