Yes, you do it from System Settings.
Go to System Settings → Change to any language.
And you can set Language specific to the users for that go to user and Change to any language.
Some languages can be enabled without any problems, and the interface language can be changed, but others, such as Russian or Ukrainian, don’t work. Could you tell me what the problem might be? Perhaps I need to download additional files?
