One of our client is migrating from Local server to frappe cloud. Currently they are paying additional charges for Indian Compliance API.Now they are planning to go with frappe cloud, so just wanted to know that Are India Compliance API charges free for users on Frappe Cloud, or are there any additional costs?

Free. I am a user on frappe cloud. You only need to sign out of your india compliance account to use the free credits.
how much free credits are available?
Not aware of any limits. Have not paid any in last 2/3 years. May be someone India compliance or frappe cloud can answer if there are any limits.
