I want to assign leads automatically to specific sales persons based on the territory. But when I tried it from assignment rule, I only find three different rules; Round Robin, Load Balancing, based on fields. I think only the last option is suitable but after selecting it, no user list is available. It only shows the field option.
How to achieve my goal?
