I want to customize the file upload dialog so that user can select multiple files to upload at a time, but could not achieve this functionality. If anyone could help me I shall be very thankful.

Please note uploading files has been reworked a lot for V11 so please try here first though I can’t remember where attaching multiple files is possible.
You can upload multiple files at a time. Click Browse button from upload file dialog → then select multiple files to upload by pressing Ctrl buttton. check screenshot -

@Muhammad_Sajid I think @Sangram has pretty much solved your issue. Try it out
There is one tip I would provide - continue to attach single file at a time where exclusive attach buttons have been provided for particular documents. For other cases, you can continue to attach multiple files in single go.
