Bench update to specific release

Hi All,

frappe/erpnext are awesome in that we get new releases nearly everyday, however, for testing that can be a burden.

How can I upgrade to a specific version release? something like bench update --version v8.0.18 ?

This way I can target my testing efforts and user acceptance testing against one specific release, and not worry that something changed in the latest daily release.

this is presently not possible,

There’s also a issue open on bench for this feature, but it’s locked for conversation other than collaborators.
