I’m currently learning and exploring the CRM module in ERPNext, and I’m also trying to apply it in my company, which is a real estate development company.
I would like to understand the correct workflow starting from the Lead stage.
What is the recommended sequence in ERPNext?
For example: Lead → Opportunity → Quotation → Customer, or is there another better approach?
I also want to understand the CRM reports, especially the Sales Pipeline report.
What data does it rely on and how is the pipeline calculated?
Another challenge I’m facing is convincing the sales team in the company to adopt the system.
From your experience, what is the best way to demonstrate that ERPNext CRM will actually make their work easier and more organized rather than adding extra steps?
I would really appreciate any advice or insights from people who have implemented CRM in ERPNext.
