Hi,
PR #53607 was submitted to fix a bug where Selling Settings cannot be created through fixtures due to a null reference on old_doc during the validate step. This blocks upgrading from v15 to v16 on our production systems.
The PR was closed citing tab indentation style.
Before resubmitting with the style corrected, I wanted to check: would a bug-fix PR with tests be reviewable under the current suspension, or is it better to wait for the suspension to lift?
