Category and Subcategory not showing in Helpdesk Ticket

Hi, in the Frappe Helpdesk documentation, I saw there are Category and subcategory in the ticket as below.

But in my Frappe Cloud Helpdesk, I cannot see the Category and subcategory.

Both fields are custom fields and need to customize the HD Ticket Form? Or there is a setting to unhide both fields from HD Ticket?
