Char encoding error in emails?

Hi,

I’m running
ERPNext: v11.1.59 (version-11)

Frappe Framework: v11.1.54 (version-11)
updated to use python3 if that matters.

When i try password reset function the email arrives with no link:

As you can see the text is somewhat broken where the s is a =. seen similar problems in signatures:

I see from the orignal base64 that the link is there but probably fails due to = in the http:

Any Ideas how to fix this?
