When opening the eye-icon details for an inter-state vendor, the modal loads, but the “Create” button at the bottom is completely missing. Only Link, Pending, and Ignore are visible.
Since these entries are genuinely missing from our books, the button should be there to let us auto-generate the purchase invoice draft easily, just like it did before.
