I update new version of frappe (v15.31.*) then Create / Edit workspace is no longer exist.
Anybody meets the same problem?! May be bug or new features?!

Not 100% sure how it integrates with desk permissions. As a point to note, even if the user does not have ‘workspace manager’ permissions they can still create a workspace, but they cannot create a public workspace.
I am having the same issue. I am creating a new app on just the frappe framework (no erpnext installed). and there are no button to create workspace.
I have tried to both create workspace with administrator user and another use which have all the permission as workspace manager.
I would appreciate any advice on there.
I had to search for the answer too. They moved it, but didn’t update the documentation.
