CRM Workspace Not Showing on ERPNext Desktop Even After Role Assignment

Hi Team,

I am facing an issue in ERPNext hosted on Frappe Cloud.

The CRM workspace/module is not appearing on the desktop/sidebar even after trying multiple troubleshooting methods.

Things already tried:

  • Assigned System Manager and Sales User roles

  • Checked Workspace visibility

  • Cleared cache and reloaded desk

  • Logged out and logged in again

  • Verified CRM workspace settings

  • Checked role permissions

Still CRM module is not visible on the desktop.

Current Behavior:
CRM workspace is missing from desktop/sidebar.

Expected Behavior:
CRM workspace should appear normally on the desktop for authorized users.

Please help me resolve this issue.
