Enhancement of ERPNext

Hi all,

I had worked for a few time on some xyz ERP...

So i have only little knowledge on this kind of software...

But i want to develop some ideas in ERPNext.. can any one help with how to start development here...

in vertual box am not able to login... how can i get the source code and other information..
