Customer not showing accounts receivable summary reports

In accounts receivable reports new customers are not showing on the reports.

Installed Apps

ERPNext: v10.1.72 (master)

Frappe Framework: v10.1.64 (master)

Did you create any invoices for those customers or in more layman terms, did you record any sales to those new customers and are those payments pending ?

Yes, I have created Invoice of these customers ,but it is not showing chart of accounts an also accounts receivale reports.
same issues as paid invoice.

Please mention frappe and erpnext version.

Any error trace in browser console or frappe’s logs ?

Those are already settled hence that balance won’t come up in receivable because the payment has already been received.

Are they unpaid or paid ? If paid then look at the above statement.
