We have installed the erpnext version 16 from docker , the main page is completely different and there is no sidebar anymore , there is a page called desk , with some irrelevant links like Manufacturing and Subcontracting that we never use
im looking for a way to remove these links and add my own direct shortcuts to main page , or completely change the main page , or at least write a custom html code as the mail page

Hi,
Try right clicking on one of the icons, Edit Layout.
Also try clicking ERPNext settings , then user icon lower left, User Settings, Settings in menu bar, and see if you can change default Workspace.
