Any user who tries to import data to any doctype using Data Import, gets this error. Except the Administrator user.
This Account Have system manager role.

Thanks for spending time looking into my issue @Abdeali . I already checked it, this issue happened on multiple sites after updating Frappe, ERPNext at multiple sites.
Instead of Data Import check for Academic Year
Yes, Import permissions were unchecked.
Do you have any idea, why import permission is unchecked for all DocTypes? @Abdeali
Can you share your Apps details?
By default Import permissions are not allowed on creation of doctypes.
So I guess you have to give import permission manually.
I am not sure about it but I think this is the way.
