Is their any converter available to convert .csv file to utf-8?

@ec123shah1 Another way to go about this would be to download the template again, dump all your data into it, and save the file. NOT SAVE AS. This worked for me. All the best!

As of today both Excel and Numbers export are bullshit. You may though achieve the desired result through Google Spreadsheets. Just paste your table in a new sheet and download as csv. It works for me.

If you read an file in excel do not open this file, but open an empty sheet, go to data , read text file (excel 2013). Here you can select from 100derds of char sets. Select UTF-8.
