during save of User permission Deleted User Permission records for user how this issue is coming
Can you share a screenshot of the issue and when it occurs?
Are you trying to remove user permissions or change the DocType for the user permissions? When does this occur? What field are you changing before clicking on save? Are you creating a new user permissions?
I am just giving permissions to Employee or any doctype from User Permission at that time its occur
