Difference between -new-app and make-app

What is the difference between new-app and make-app ?

I think, the make-app command will not work.

I tried to create a new app based on this link https://frappe.github.io/frappe/user/en/guides/basics/apps bench make-app sample_app But the code should be : bench new-app myapp

If worked then it will create a custom app in the app folder.

but the actual command is

bench new-app your_app_name
