Digital Ocean Stuck installing app

Hi guys, I am deploying my first frappe/erpnext app in digital ocean. I have setup my yml file and now when I create new-site I am stuck with installing frappe like I tried many times but the progress installation is not moving.

Your response will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

It would be better to provide a complete explanation, including the steps involved and the services being used.

I have already fixed by resizing my droplet because before I am using 1 vCPU and I think it spikes when installing mariadb and frappe that is why it stuck.
