Document naming - Year code at the end of name

Is there an option to place the year tag at the end of the document naming series? for example : -

APS/QN/00001/25
APS/QN/00002/25
APS/QN/00003/25
APS/QN/00004/26
APS/QN/00005/26

APS/QN/####/.YY.

Try putting decimals between the relevant fields and separators, for example: APS/QN/.####./.YY.
