Email did not sent successfully

I tried to send a email to a user. and checked the email queue its status is not sent. why the email is not sent?

Hi @Sumith-2004

Open any record with status “Not send” from Email Queue
There is a button “Send Now” click on it then it will show the error.

Please share that error
