I want to send email to a customer list based on a certain holiday (something like greeting).

is there a document, or how to do so ?

Hello,

Please follow the steps below to send emails to multiple recipients at once:

  1. First, create an Email Group / Contact List.
    Add or import all the required email addresses into this Email Group.

  2. Next, go to the Email Campaign module and create a new Email Campaign.

  3. In the Email Campaign:

    • Enter the Campaign Name (Also set the Campaign Schedules)

    • Select Campaign Type as Email Group

    • Choose the Email Group that you created earlier

  4. After verifying all the details, save the campaign and use Send Now or Schedule to send the emails.

Please try this approach — it should help you send emails to all recipients in one go.
