Employee Fine and Deduction

An employee incurred a fine payable to the company, so the company wants to recover it. I created a Salary Component called “Fine” as a deduction and created an account named “Employee Recoveries - SICW” with the account type left empty. I also created a Journal Entry before processing the salary.

After creating the Payroll Entry and Salary Slips, and clicked “Submit Salary Slips and Create Journal Entry.”

However, the employee ID is not being fetched in the “Employee Recoveries” account. How can I handle this scenario properly?
