Please find below screenshot and the log type not getting updated via biometric sync tool.

Yes, Punch direction kept as None.

below is the success log view:

Hi,

You need to set the puch direction IN/OUT in configuration file.

I have changed the punch direction to ‘Auto’ as it was set to null.

Now its working fine.
