Encryption Key Missing error

Hello @Lakshit_Jain Is there any way to resolve the below error if we have lost the original encryption key ??

Failed to decrypt key GST Settings.GST Settings.api_secret

Encryption key is invalid! Please check site_config.json

If you have recently restored the site, you may need to copy the site_config.json containing the original encryption key.

The issue is that passwords are encrypted with an old key, so saving the password again will resolve the issue.

  • Reset the credentials. (e-waybill)
  • Re-login into the India Compliance Account.
