this works for me , i used this command for ubuntu

echo fs.inotify.max_user_watches=524288 | sudo tee -a /etc/sysctl.conf && sudo sysctl -p

Install ERPnext 12 on fresh VPS running Ubuntu 18.04 LTS 64bit
