have you tried changing the app password for the mail ?

Facing the same issue here.
Did anyone managed to solve it somehow? If so, please let us know.

I had the same problem and my mistake was to not check “Awaiting password”. The documentation clearly states that this is needed https://docs.erpnext.com/docs/user/manual/en/email-inbox#2-create-an-email-domain
