ERPNext meetup in Pune @ DigitalPrizm Infotech Private Limited

Hi All,

We had a great third meetup in Pune with 9 participants.

We covered following points.

  1. Data Import tool

  2. Moving from Test Phase to Live Phase

  3. Mr. Satish shared information about SAP Ariba and Ariba’s supplier network. Similarly ERPNext has ERPNext Hub in its roadmap.

We had a nice discussion about Integration with SAP Hana and ERPNext. At the time of discussion we noticed some of features are already available in ERPNext but very few people know about this features, so we decided to make list of some useful features.

e.g.

  1. Contract module is not available, but ERPNext has recurring sales and purchase invoice.

  2. You can enable negative inventory, then you can submit Sales Invoice and Delivery Note.

  3. ERPNext has auto re-order items, so if inventory goes down at reorder level then it will create material request.
