After installing ERPNext, dashboard is not showing any icons.

I think you’re using develop branch, and that is new ERPNext Desktop.

Dear users, After almost 5 years, we are calling it curtains on the iconic desktop interface of Frappe / ERPNext [48%20PM] While we all love the familiar iOS-like view, other than the familiarity and a dash of colour, it did not add much value.
