I have a few users on my ERPNext local server. After updating from v15 to v16, only one user is experiencing an issue. He is unable to create a new entry in “Payment Entry.”
This error occurs when the user clicks on New Payment Entry.
Note: We have three users with the same user rights, permissions, and other access. They do not have this issue on any device, but this particular user encounters the issue on all devices.
