Error while setting up Outlook email account

did you configured the email settings/ account ?

Is there any specific configuration need to do to the outlook/microsoft account?

It seems that SMTP is disabled in your M365 tenant.
Check this or ask your tenant admin:

It could be done via Powershell too.

Or check this for general M365 <> Frappe insight …
