This is something not related to frappe/erpnext, might be related to your config changes. Because it lost the connection while doing a simple select query.

I really don’t about about this, but as far as query is concern, I do query all the time on my SQL Prompt.

@ruchin78 In the latest version of frappe, I have refactored the patch update_records_in_global_search. So, now you should be able to update with that patch, it should not take much time.
