Favicon not updating in v5

I noticed that the favicon is no longer updating in V5 after I’ve changed it in the website setting. Is there a bug to this?

I’ve also noticed that the website does not update (e.g. changing the home page to “login”), the site is still showing the website homepage until i manually reboot the server.

Did you try?
sudo supervisorctl reload
sudo service nginx reload

I just tried changing the site favicon. it works fine on my local. please recheck. i believe the issue is resolved.
