Feature Request: Show popup message to user on every login

This is my first time here in this forum
I’m looking for someone to develop me a module/add-on/extension to simple job on ERPNext desktop

I want to inject a JavaScript code that will read a value from the settings and show it as an alert message each time the user loads it.
