I’m interesting to learn more about ERPNext development but i don’t know where i should start.
how to setup developer environment?

There are couple of courses on Frappe School for beginners. That will help you to get started.

i did… but i still has difficulties to install and don’t know which file to be edited

Install vagrant and virtual box on your Windows PC.

Then, follow the README to initialize the virtual box with ERPNext.
