Frappe Cloud Site Creation Issue

Hi

I am facing some major issues in frappe cloud. I currently have two sites up and running fully functional but from last two days I tried to create another third site form testing with only erpnext in was server Mumbai and 410/- plan. But when the site is being created after 2 or 3 minutes the sites being automatically vanished the third site I have the screenshots of them that is attached below and I need it for my company urgently and yesterday I raised a request and they were telling me that does anybody has access to it and that also wanted my ip address I provided them with all address but no response till date.

So if anybody has faced there issue and has the resolution please share with us urgently.

Have you raised a ticket at support.frappe.io ?

Yeah I have raised a ticket they told that from their side it is fine but when checked logs they are telling that we did so I shared them with my ip address and they told me nope the ip address doesn’t natch and and asked me does anybody has access to the account I told no so also told me to reset my password.

I am currently running on private bench on hetazana cloud now the site is fine but in shared bench the issue is again coming back.
