Frappe Desk UI looks different compared to another user on same Version 15 – how to align interface?

Hello Team,

I’m using Frappe Framework v15.92.0 on my local setup.
However, my Desk interface/UI layout looks different compared to my friend’s interface attach image 1 and 2 , even though we are both on Version 15.

Details:

• Frappe Version: 15.92.0

• Bench Version: 5.27.0

• Environment: Local setup (Windows)

• Both setups are running Version 15

• My friend’s UI shows a different Desk layout, sidebar, and overall interface compared to mine

What I have already tried:

• bench update

• bench migrate

• bench clear-cache

• bench restart

• Checked that branch is version-15

• Verified that version is up to date

Questions:

1. Is the UI difference caused by:

   • Workspace configuration?

   • User role/permissions?

   • Desk v2 / Workspace changes?

   • Feature flags or System Settings?

2. How can I enable the same interface/UI as my friend?

3. Are there any specific settings or commands to sync the Desk UI?

one is defintely erpnext version 16 which is in beta testing

You should see different versions of erpnext

Your friend is using Frappe v16, while you are using Frappe v15.
