Frappe HelpDesk: Question: Cant we allow users to create ticket without a account

Dear Members,

We have a question. While I understand to avoid bots & spam a helpdesk account in necessary but I am trying to create a helpdesk for our service based company where anyone can start the thread without needing to create ticket.

I set this, still im unsure how to achieve what I need.

Here I made a small mistake, what I want to skip is “Creating Account” to create a new ticket.

You need to do this setting only if you are using the customer portal. Alternatively you can use email to create tickets.
