Frappe Wiki v3.3.0 Release Update

Frappe Wiki v3.3.0 is out.

Command K

Press ⌘ K (or Ctrl+K on Windows and Linux) from anywhere in the app. You can also click Search in the sidebar.

From one box you can:

  • jump to any page in any space you can read.
  • open a space, All Spaces or Change Requests
  • run actions like: new page, new space, settings, toggle theme or log out

Page view analytics

Turn on page view tracking in Wiki Settings. The new Overview page then shows:

  • views over time, with new visitors
  • top spaces and top pages
  • top referrers
  • open change requests by space

Each page also shows its view count for the last 30 days, right under the title in the editor.

Hide a page from search engines

Some pages should stay public but stay out of Google. Open Page settings and turn on Disable Indexing.

The page remains published but is excluded from search engine indexing.

Internal links between pages

Type [[ in the editor and pick a page. The link points to the page itself, not to its URL. So if you rename the route of the linked page later, the link still works.

Smaller things

  • Type : in the editor to insert an emoji.
  • Underline is back in the editor.
  • You can delete a space from Space settings.

What is next

These are in progress.

  • Light and dark images. Give one image a light version and a dark version. Readers see the one that matches their theme.
  • Better image options. Set the alignment and resize an image.
  • Version history for change requests. See the past versions of a page and what each change request changed.

If something does not work for you, or you want a feature, open an issue at Github or you can ask here.
