Fresh Install of V11 in GCP

Dear All,
I have successfully installed V11 in Ubuntu 16.04 in GCP but the logOMG page that opened after accessing from a browser shows only ‘Home’ and ‘Login’. as shown below

Your using Matrix to control the web browser?
or any blocker?

JS file is fetched from cloudflare so disable if there is any blocker
I use uMatrix which blocked the external connection to cdn of cloudflare causing this issue.
