Hello everyone,
I noticed something different about how “Global Search” works in v16
Under v15 when you enter a partial customer name it would find the customer record in the search because customer name is marked to be included in Global Search.
This is not working in v16.
I made sure that Customer Name is marked to be included in Global Search and I rebuilt the search index
Is this a BUG or am I missing something that needs to be set in v16
