If you visit the Frappe Cloud pricing site and check the little info symbol next to product warranty under sites, you will see that support is only available for AWS/OCI plans starting $50 and above. (Pricing - Frappe Cloud)
I understand this is the place for the community to support each other but what do people who have Frappe Cloud plans between $5 and $49 do?
